Shipping policy

we're a family-run studio, not a warehouse. every candle is hand-poured in Atlanta in small batches of six, carefully inspected, packed by hand, and shipped as quickly as possible. we believe quality should never be rushed.

most orders leave our studio within a few business days, though processing times may be a little longer during new collection launches, seasonal releases, or periods of high demand.

once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information by email. please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier's system after your package has been scanned.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

we are unable to guarantee delivery to incorrect, incomplete, or unsafe addresses. if a package is returned to us because of an address error, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the order.
